Instructions
Dry the scallops and sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat the bacon grease and place the scallops in the grease very carefully. Cook the scallops on both sides for 3 minutes.
Remove the scallops when they are cooked all the way through and place it with your crumbled bacon.
In the skillet add the butter, garlic, oregano, basil, and parsley and cook until the garlic is cooked and transparent.
Add the scallops and bacon into the skillet just to reheat them and enjoy!
