This recipe is not my own. I wish it were. This is a perfect breakfast for those who are watching carbs and who are wanting those extra fats and proteins.

  1. Start with room temperature ingredients. Place everything, except the protein powder, in the food processor or a blender and combine.
  2. Then add the protein powder and mix until light and fluffy.
  3. Cook on a 325 degree skillet or griddle until toasted on one side, then flip the pancake.
