Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole
What is not to like about this dish? It is everything you want in a burger and a casserole PLUS little carbs!

cooked and crumbled

Instructions
Brown the beef. Once the beef is mostly browned, I add the onions, garlic, salt and pepper to the beef and cook until translucent and tender.
Put the beef into a lightly greased casserole dish
Take 1/2 the cheese, eggs, milk and mayo and mix together in a bowl. Pour evenly over the top of the beef.
Sprinkle the bacon crumbles on top of the casserole next.
Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until baked all the way through.
Once baked, remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
