Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole
What is not to like about this dish? It is everything you want in a burger and a casserole PLUS little carbs!

  1. Brown the beef. Once the beef is mostly browned, I add the onions, garlic, salt and pepper to the beef and cook until translucent and tender.
  2. Put the beef into a lightly greased casserole dish
  3. Take 1/2 the cheese, eggs, milk and mayo and mix together in a bowl. Pour evenly over the top of the beef.
  4. Sprinkle the bacon crumbles on top of the casserole next.
  5. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
  6. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until baked all the way through.
  7. Once baked, remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
